Please allow 3-5 days for processing and shipping.

• Satanic Panic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages may be marked as "delivered" before the carrier arrives because it is out for delivery. Also, some carriers leave packages with an Apartment Office Manager or in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. This is often resolved at the end of the day and almost always within 2 days. If you have not received your order by the 2nd business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact the carrier. To find out what carrier delivered your package, please refer to your shipping confirmation email. Our Customer Care Associates are here to help.
• Apparel ships for a flat rate of $4.99 PER ITEM to the continental United States ONLY. There is no combined shipping for apparel. If you are outside of the continental United States please contact support for assistance.
• Cosmetics can have combined shipping. 
• Cosmetics and apparel will be shipped separately.
• Cosmetics ship via USPS
• To provide the best cost to our customers apparel will be shipped via the cheapest shipping option and provider.
